A9 Dualling: Public Exhibition in Birnam
Exhibition detailing the Scottish Government's plans for the upgrade of the A9 between Perth and Inverness to dual carriageway by 2025
Event
The exhibition is split between two venues:
- 10:00 - 15:00 Birnam Arts & Conference Centre
- 18:00 - 20:00 Birnam Hotel
Upgrade
The Scottish Government's Infrastructure and Investment Plan sets out that the A9 between Perth and Inverness will be dualled by 2025. This requires 80 miles of single carriageway between the two cities to be upgraded.

Exhibition
The public exhibition will give the public an opportunity to view the Scottish Government's plans for the upgrade of the Highland main line and the work involved to maintain the route.
